Weekend Recap/Weigh in

Well this weekend was a total blast! I got to spend a ton of time with my sister who is in PT school in Atlanta and stayed with my best friend from college. It was a total blast!! Add to that, I got to eat at one of my favorite restaurants of all time, Rosa Mexicano, and I'd have to say we couldn't have had a better weekend. It was a really fun weekend, and I had an extra hard time dragging myself into work on Monday!

Slow and steady wins the race, right? Hehehe. I was a train wreck this weekend, so I was very happy it wasn't a gain. Maybe this week will be the one where I finally get across that mythical 160 barrier.

Sounds like a fun weekend. Good work on the weight loss...if your not gaining anything I call that success.

Glad you had a fun weekend! I think it's good that the weight is coming off slowly because they it will more likely stay off instead of you just putting it back on if you lost it quickly. Best of luck!
