Normal Pregnant Lady
So I had my doctor's appointment yesterday. I guess I am officially a normal pregnant lady. The appointment was short and sweet, and most importantly didn't involve a meeting with the dildocam. I ask the doctor all my questions and then we listened to the heartbeat for a few minutes. He was able to find it so quickly that it I decided I'd try again to find it on my home doppler! Since DH wasn't able to come to my doctors appointment, I waited for him to get home before i tried. It only took about 2 minutes to find the heartbeat since I knew where to look this time. We listened for a few minutes. My husband was grinning from ear to ear. It was so cute. Then we videoed it to share it with our family. Everyone was so excited!

That's awesome. I loved watching my husbands face the first time he heard the heart beat. A very special moment.

Glad you had an uneventful appt. I had never even heard of these home dopplers b4 IF, but now I can see why people like them. Very cool. :)

Oh that is so wonderful! So the heartrate is high which could mean GIRL but remember, Andrew's was always high. Hmmmm. :)

I had that same doppler and used it a ton to reassure myself. Watching your video made me teary remembering those days and how that heartbeat I heard belonged to this girl that I love so much, (who is currently laying on me).
