Ugh. I was really good during the week, but I was horrible over the weekend so i can't say i'm surprised. Good news is this is a new week, so I'm back on track and trying to focus on being good this weekend.
I just got back from a 45 min walk with DH. Its a start.

That's the same thing that happened to me when I started working out. I didn't lose much weight but I noticed my body changing...toned muscle. Don't give up!!
Don't let it discourage you - sometimes the body doesn't want to lose no matter what you do. Just stick with the program and results will come :)
Dont be discouraged, I agree that this is a new week and you have a great chance to knock off some pounds, good luck!
