It was a good week. I think large loss was really b/c this was my 1st week of being really good all week (you always lose more in the beginning). But I do take a little credit for my success b/c I went to Mexican restaurants 2 times this week and didn't have any chips! yay me! I'm hoping to have broken the 160 barrier by next week.

Great job! I wish I could say the same. I've gained about 1lb over the last three weeks even after doing a Triathlon! I'm back on track though!I'm also at the end of the 2WW which is tough...I keep having the, "but if I am pregnant it's okay to eat...fries, pizza, cinnamon rolls." thoughts!

Hi! Thanks for posting on my blog! I hope you see this. In answer to your question I the grad program I am starting is called Master in Servant Leadershp. Basically it is how to be a better leader and has a lot of spiritual and relious aspects to it. My BA is in Religious Studies and I work at a church in ministry so it seems only fitting!
