Last night after class, we "had" to go to home depot to get this modern marvel! Now mind you we have a normal turkey fryer (what can I say we live in the south, and let's face it we fry everything), but now his life is complete because we have the far superior oil-less turkey fryer.
I'm not totally sold on its turkey frying ability, but DH swears its going to be as good. I'll let you girls know on friday :-)
Also, thanks for all the support yesterday. It means the world to me.

I've never heard of an oil-less turkey fryer. Please let us know how it is because I'm curious. If it's good, I might invest in one myself. DH is always talking about fried turkey.
wait - how can you fry it without oil? that sounds...healthy! let me know how this turns out! and btw, if you happen to see my dh, do NOT show him this! with a gas grill, coal grill, and smoker, we really don't need any more ways for him to blend his loves of food and fire.
