So I had my post op this morning. The Dr said I have stage 4 endo because of the mass they found on the right ovary. He said the other endo he found was more like a stage 1-2, but because of the mass on the ovary I am technically "stage 4". So I guess the good news is that now we at least now have a diagnosis. Because the endo everywhere else wasn't too bad he doesn't think I need a lupron treatment, which makes me happy. But he did say there is a 50% chance it will grow back in 1-5 years, so he'd like to see me get pregnant within the year.
So the plan now is to try for 3 cycles (#17, 18 & 19) naturally because we need to give the right ovary time to heal before we stimulate it with clomid. So for right now I would estimate that my next IUI will be sometime in early April. He did say that he is hopefully I'll get pregnant on my own before then since the endo is all gone. So we'll keep our fingers crossed!!
Overall, I am feeling really at peace with everything right now. I don't know if its finally having a diagnosis, or getting a plan in place, but I am just really ok with everything.

Oh I hope now that the endo is gone you'll be able to get KU. Good luck!
It sucks that you have endo but I'm glad you have a diagnosis. I hope you get pregnant on your own VERY soon. GL!!
I'm glad you finally have a diagnosis and that the endo is gone. I had mild endo but I'm convinced that was at least part of my problem. I'm praying that you won't need another IUI!
I'm a longtime lurker. I am glad you find peace with the diagnosis. For me, it was so helpful to have a plan. It made everything else possible.
Good luck - hopefully you won't even need to move on to IUI!
Hopefully this will be your time!
Im glad they were able to get rid of the endo and hope this is just what you need to get knocked up. Im always thinking of you!
Thanks for the comment on my blog Lindsay!
I had a lap for my ectopic about 2 months ago and I feel your pain. Good luck with everything, hopefully this is what needed to happen....
This is really good news. I always said I'd be so happy if they could just tell us what is wrong. What a relief it must be to just know. Hope that these next few months are super successful for you.
I'll keep praying for and hoping that you won't need IUI. Good luck!
How have you been feeling? It's been about a week since your lap right?
